“Back in the day, if you had over a certain amount of weed arrests, it would turn into a felony,” says 39-year-old Bronxite Jason Morales. “There’s people that just got felonies, just for weed, just for so many charges of weed. My borough has been impacted the most so I feel if they were going to open up a dispensary anywhere, it should have been here. It should have been here first, to make it right.”
